Wednesday 17th June:
Updates Day – one-day registration fee applies for everyone (reduced fee for ophthalmic trainees, foundation Drs, oculoplastic nurses, medical students*) *for these categories photo hospital or university ID required in advance of booking.
Workshops Wednesday 17th June:
- Basic Oculoplastics (OCP) Procedures for medical students, F1 & F2 and trainees ST1-ST5. To register you must have a trainee or foundation dr/medical student Wednesday ticket. Places allocated on first paid basis.
- Advanced Oculoplastics (OCP) Procedures for ST5 & ST6, TSC and Fellows. To register you must have a trainee Wednesday ticket. Places allocated on first paid basis.
Thursday 18th & Friday 19th June:
Scientific Meeting (two-day registration fee applies) for everyone.
Social
Wednesday 17th June:
Welcome drinks reception at the Winter Garden (free).
Thursday 18th June:
BOPSS dinner and disco. Come along to our dinner and disco! It’s a great chance to relax, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy the night together—and we’ve made sure it’s affordable for everyone.

Meeting Registration
Please log into your user account on the website (or if you do not have an account you can create a user account). BOPSS Member (reduced fee) payment options will appear once you are logged in and your membership subscription is up to date. You pay via the website using a credit or debit card through Stripe. We do not take cheque or cash payments. We do not invoice. For Foundation Doctor (year 1 or 2), medical student or ophthalmic nurse we require photo work or university ID before you book.
