Paper poster – important information

Size and orientation

1. Max size = A1
2. Orientation = portrait
3. Images = highest resolution
4. Limit the amount of text
5. Ensure that the font size can be read from 1 foot away (if it can’t it’s too small)

Poster Display Instructions

1. Poster boards will be set up on Wednesday morning
2. Please locate your board using your abstract reference number, which will be displayed on the board
3. Bring your own hanging materials (e.g., Velcro), as these will not be provided
4. Please remove your poster at the end of the meeting
5. Any posters left on the boards at the close of the conference will be removed and destroyed

Changes or updates

We do not accept changes to the poster title, authors or abstract in any circumstances. Posters that have materially changed will be taken down.
