BOPSS Regional Cadaveric Oculoplastic Training Initiative
The BOPSS Regional Cadaveric Oculoplastic Training Initiative supports the delivery of high-quality, locally accessible cadaveric training across the UK and Ireland. BOPSS provides financial support to help regions run annual courses for oculoplastic consultants, fellows and trainees.
BOPSS members can apply for up to £2,000 per year towards the costs of delivering a regional course, including cadaveric specimens, laboratory hire, disposables, teaching materials and associated costs.
The UK and Ireland are divided into 11 BOPSS regions, with each region invited to host a BOPSS-supported course coordinated by a Regional Course Director and local surgical skills or anatomy department.
How to Apply
BOPSS members interested in organising a regional cadaveric course should submit an application outlining the proposed course, faculty, participants and budget.
Please review the BOPSS Regional Cadaveric Oculoplastic Training Initiative document for full details, eligibility criteria and application guidance.
