Helen Mulholland is a barrister who specialises in medical law. She undertakes a wide range of medical negligence cases, acting for Claimants and Defendants. Helen is recognised for her trial advocacy, and has extensive experience of cross-examining medical experts.
In addition to her medical negligence work, Helen also acts in cases concerning serious medical treatment decisions in those who lack capacity. She is often instructed in high-profile and sensitive cases. She also sits as a part-time judge (Recorder) and teaches advocacy for Middle Temple and on the Northern Circuit.
