Nandini Bothra completed her post-graduate training in ophthalmology from Mangalore,India and pursued her fellowship in ophthalmic plastic surgery and ocular oncology from the L V Prasad Eye Institute. Later, she completed her fellowship in endoscopic sinus, orbit, and skull base surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. She is a clinician-scientist with a keen interest in dacryology (watering of eyes), and she has several publications to her credit in peer-reviewed journals. She has made various national and international presentations, conducted workshops and is actively involved in teaching and training activities.
