Survey of the Incidence and Characteristics of Back Pain among Oculoplastic Surgeons

28/10/2024

Anecdotally a number of oculoplastic surgeons report back pain, possibly due to the prolonged periods spent performing intricate, high-precision tasks. This can result in muscle tension, poor posture, and physical strain.

We aim to assess the prevalence and potential risk factors for back pain among oculoplastic surgeons, as this can impact on career satisfaction, longevity, and quality of life.

The survey will take approximately 8 minutes to complete, and all responses will be collected anonymously. We greatly appreciate your time and participation in this survey.
