Please ensure that you select the correct option. We will check all applications to ensure that you have registered at the correct rate. The early bird rate option closes at 12 noon on 1st May 2020.
The meeting fee is for Thursday and Friday only. If you want to attend on Wednesday (Update Day), you must also select this option and pay the additional fee.
If you are a BOPSS member, please ensure you have paid your membership fees BEFORE purchasing meeting tickets. Reduced rate members tickets will only appear available to purchase to logged in members with up to date subscriptions.
BOPSS full/associate member – you have been accepted as a BOPSS member (Full or Associate) and your membership subscription is up to date.
BOPSS trainee member – you have been accepted as a BOPSS trainee member and your membership subscription is up to date. Please note that acceptance as a member can take up to eight weeks.
Non-Consultant Ophthalmologist – this rate applies to SAS grades, subspecialty trainees, postgraduate, clinical and research fellows, trust grade doctors.
Allied Professional – this rate does not apply to a medic and applies only to ophthalmic nurses, orthoptists, optometrists, orbital prosthetists, ophthalmic health professional staff, medical students and Foundation Doctors (and proof of status ie a photo copy of your hospital ID or letter from your University is required).
Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for individual tastes or preferences. This year lunch will be served in the Dining Hall at Keble College. This will be a plated meal served at the table. The starter will be vegetarian and we will provide either a meat or fish main (plated) and a vegetarian main option each day. It is essential that if you want the vegetarian main meal (for religious, dietary or personal preference) or a vegan meal you check this option so we can order accordingly. If you have a food allergy (e.g. gluten, lactose intolerant, nuts, shellfish) please indicate this in the “Food allergy” field at the bottom of this page.

Cancellation and refund policy
The Society will offer a 100% refund if you cancel before 1st April 2020, 75% refund if you cancel before 31st May 2020. No refund after 1st June 2020.
