Please ensure that you select the correct option. We will check all applications to ensure that you have registered at the correct rate. The early bird rate option closes at 12 noon on 2nd May 2026.

The meeting fee is for Thursday and Friday only. If you want to attend on Wednesday (Update Day), you must also select this option and pay the additional fee. 

Tickets (members)

If you are a BOPSS member, please ensure you have paid your membership fees BEFORE purchasing meeting tickets. Reduced rate members tickets will only appear available to purchase to logged in members with up to date subscriptions. If you have been invited to give a talk please contact conference@bopss.co.uk before purchasing your ticket so we can apply a discount for you for the day you are speaking.

BOPSS Full/Associate member – You have been accepted as a BOPSS member (Full or Associate) and your membership subscription is up to date.

BOPSS Trainee member – You have been accepted as a BOPSS trainee member, and your membership subscription is up to date.

Tickets (non paid member rates)

Consultant ophthalmologist, SAS grade, Trust Dr and overseas doctors (all non-training grades) - Non-BOPSS member.

Trainee – This rate applies to UK or Ireland training grades and includes subspecialty trainees, postgraduate, clinical and research fellows.

Medical Science Liaison or trade representatives – This rate applies to medical manager, medical science liaison, trade representatives or non-clinical pharmaceutical representative.

Foundation Dr, Medical Student or oculoplastic ophthalmic nurse – This rate applies only to Foundation Doctors (years 1 & 2), medical students, or oculoplastic ophthalmic nurses. If you wish to book at this rate, please email us in advance with a copy of your photo hospital or university ID, and we will send you a payment link.

Wednesday 17th June - Update Day tickets

You will be asked to prove your trainee status if you purchase a 'trainee non-member' Update Day ticket.

Scientific Meeting Thursday (18th June) & Friday (19th June) 

To purchase a BOPSS Full, Associate, or Trainee member Scientific Meeting ticket, you must be logged in and have an active membership subscription.

Workshops tickets

Joint APSOPRS, AFSOPRS and BOPSS hands-on workshop on aesthetics and trauma.
For consultants, fellows and ophthalmic trainees only ( ST1-ST5 & ST6, TSC ). Must have purchased a valid Update Day and / or Scientific Meeting ticket to purchase.

The 'Basic Oculoplastics (OCP)' and 'Advanced Oculoplastics (OCP)' require a trainee Scientific Meeting ticket purchase. These 2 wet lab courses are now sold out

Dietary requirements

We are unable to cater for individual tastes or preferences. We will provide a meat, fish, and vegetarian option each day. If you require the vegetarian, vegan or halal option, please indicate this in the dietary requirements field so we can order accordingly. If you have a food allergy (such as nut) or require gluten free please state this in the “other” dietary field.

Cancellation and refund policy

The Society will offer a 100% refund if you cancel before 1st May 2026, 50% refund if you cancel before 31st May 2026. No refund after 1st June 2026. Please send in a written request with supporting evidence (GP letter for example).
