Raj Bhalla is a Consultant Rhinologist and Skull Base Surgeon at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Salford Royal Hospital. He specialises in rhinoplasty, sinus and skull base surgery, education and training. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer with the University of Manchester, President of the British Rhinological Society (BRS), was Chair for Courses and Simulation with ENT UK, and is on the Councils of ENT UK, the Royal Society of Medicine (Rhinology Section) and the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. He runs a number of training courses each year for all stages of ENT clinician, attracting national and international participants. He was Academic Co-Chair for British Academic Conference in Otolaryngology (BACO) 2018 and is the BRS BACO Lead for the 2023 meeting in Birmingham, UK. Much of Raj’s clinical work is in collaboration with his Oculoplastic/Orbital and Neurosurgical colleagues.
