The BOPSS Meeting will take place at Keble College Oxford, Keble Road, Oxford OX1 3PG
Reception
The BOPSS reception is free for delegates and will take place at the Museum of Natural History – Parks Road, OX1 3PW Wednesday evening at 5.45 pm (please book a ticket when you register)
Dinner
The dinner (black tie) will take place on Thursday evening at the Divinity School, in the Bodleian Library complex, Broad Street, OX1 3BG. Dinner tickets are sold out.
There is no reservation list. This is a named ticketed event.
Punting
Punting on the Thames on Tuesday evening: Cherwell Boat House, Bardwell Road, Oxford, OX2 6ST. Make your own arrangements.
Bike Ride
Bike Ride is now fully subscribed. Participants will be emailed details shortly.

The registration and onsite payment desk will be in the Sloane Robinson foyer entrance on the ground floor and will be open:

Keble College is situated on the northern edge of Oxford city centre, just off Banbury Road and the northern end of St Giles. It is opposite the University science area and the University Parks. We are using the Porters Lodge entrance on Parks Road.

By road
The M40 and M4 + A34 provide easy access by car from London, leaving the M40 at Junction 8
The M40 links Birmingham to Oxford from the north, leaving at Junction 9
Parking
There is no parking at the venue at all. Nearest parking is St Giles (on-street parking) for maximum of 2 hours @ £6 per hour. Parking in Oxford is limited so most day visitors take advantage of Park and Ride.

There are five park and ride sites around the city clearly signposted from the Oxford ring road. All Park and Ride sites are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Vehicles may be left overnight (please check). Maximum stay 72 hours. Separate charges apply for parking and bus fare.
By train
A frequent direct train service operates from London Paddington to Oxford (approx. every 30 minutes) and from Birmingham New Street via Banbury and Coventry. There is also a regular service between Oxford Parkway and London Marylebone via Bicester.
By air
London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are linked by Oxford Bus Company’s Airline service, which operates 24/7. Birmingham airport is connected by train to Oxford with regular fast services available
