Abstract submission can be done on-line until Friday 17th March (midnight) 2017.
The 2017 meeting will be accepting oral presentations & ePosters, full tech details will be available soon.
Oral presentations will have 4 minutes to present, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.
You will need be logged in to the site to submit an abstract. You can use the same account as used in previous years.

It is not possible to submit abstracts by e-mail or postal mail
Submitting an abstract is easy, as the electronic submission form indicates which fields need to be filled in. Please make sure your abstract is of original contemporary work which has not already been published. Submissions of novel research in the fields of orbit, lacrimal and oculoplastic surgery are invited. Prospective trials and case series are most likely to be accepted for oral presentation, but case reports of rare conditions may be considered for poster presentation. Oral presentations are 4 minutes with 2 minutes discussion. It is possible to add an unlimited number of authors. Although the number of characters allowed in an abstract is limited (1800), you can always see how much free characters are left.
As soon as your abstract is submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you are logged in on the website, you can always edit your abstract or submit other abstracts until the deadline on Friday 17th March (midnight) 2017. The acceptance or rejection of your abstract will be announced by e-mail on Monday 14th Apr 2017.
