As the BOPSS National TED Lead, I have been working closely with TEAMeD to implement TEAMeD-5.
The findings of the BOPSS ‘state of TED care’ survey and recommendations on delivering a sustainable TED service nationally have now been published

These recommendations have been endorsed by TEAMeD, BOPSS, the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, the Royal College of Physicians, Society for Endocrinology (SOE) , the British Thyroid Foundation (BTF) and the British and Irish Orthoptic Society (BIOS)
The paper is open access thanks to generous contributions by BOPSS and Thyroid Eye Disease Charitable Trust (TEDct)
