Mr Jiten Parmar is a Yorkshire trained Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He completed his medical degree at the University of Leeds and his higher surgical training in the Yorkshire region. He has been a consultant since 2016 and has won multiple local and national awards for innovation, 3D planning, teaching and training. He has also worked in India and South Africa for a cleft charity and during his medical elective. He is the current TPD for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and an FRCS examiner for the speciality.

Jiten is also an Oral & Maxillofacial Trauma Surgeon working at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust. He has been the Maxillofacial Trauma lead for the department since 2016 and has a specialist interest in orbital (eye socket) surgery, skull base reconstruction and 3D custom implants. The department in Leeds oversees the MTC treatment of approximately 500-650 adult and paediatric patients per year.
