Hugo Henderson is a graduate of Oxford University and The University of London. He is a consultant ophthalmologist to The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He has run the oculoplastic service in the ophthalmology department at The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust since his appointment in 2004. Mr Henderson also has a private practice at The London Clinic and The King Edward VII Hospital. His specialties include post-cancer reconstruction surgery, cosmetic facial surgery, and lacrimal surgery including endoscopic and external dacrocystorhinostomy.
At The Royal Free Hospital Mr Henderson is in a number of multidisciplinary teams and clinics, including the Thyroid Eye Disease Joint Clinic, Joint Subcranial Facial Clinic, Skin Tumour Multidisciplinary Team and Mohs Service. He is a committee member and past secretary of the ophthalmology section of the Royal Society of Medicine.
